After completing a class, simply click "Mark as Complete" to keep track of your journey. A progress bar will show you how far you've come and what's still ahead.

You have lifetime access to all videos, so feel free to revisit any class whenever you like—perfect for deepening your practice or just enjoying your favorite flows again.

Guided Practice

I'll be guiding you through each session, demonstrating the exercises while providing detailed verbal cues. Plus, you'll find options to modify poses to suit your body, making each session adaptable to your needs.

Curated Playlists

Each video comes with a specially curated Spotify playlist, just like in our studio. Music is key to the experience! You can flow to the playlist, practice in silence, or use your own favorite music—whatever feels right for you.

At the end of 45 minutes session, I guide you through a short meditation, helping you to slow down, reset, and connect with the present moment.

What level of yoga experience is required?

Beginners will feel comfortable as the first option in each posture is beginner-friendly. For those seeking more challenge, I'll provide different options in various postures, so even advanced yogis will have fun and feel the burn.

What materials do I need?

No specific materials are required. A yoga mat is recommended but not mandatory. If you don't have a mat, I recommend Manduka.

Do I need a Spotify account for the playlists?

While the curated playlists are linked via Spotify, you can also enjoy the videos in silence or with your own music. A free Spotify account will work just fine!

Will new videos be added to the library over time?

Yes, at least 1 new video per week is added.

How long are the classes?

You have the choice between 2 series: The 45 minutes Serie or the 20 minutes serie.

Each class of 45 minutes long, including a

10-minute warm-up, 20 to 25 minutes of standing postures,

10 minutes of cool down / stretches, and a

5-minute meditation.

Can I access the videos on different devices?

Yes! You can watch the videos on any device—your laptop, tablet, or phone.
